• Step 1. Navigate to the product you want.
• Step 2. Save your selection to your shopping list by clicking the "Save to list" button.
• Step 3. You may return to your list by selecting "Favourite" from the top menu, to remove items, recalculate the value of the list etc
• Step 3. Select continue shopping, and repeat the above until you have completed your list
• Step 4. When you are happy with the selections your have chosen, SELECT in the tick box items you wish to "Copy to Cart", click "Copy to Cart" button at the bottom of the page. This will add your list to your "Shopping Basket" ready for Checkout.

"Your Shopping Basket" allows you to order multiple components, and update your total cost. When you are happy click the "Checkout" button, and then "Next Step".

NB If you have not used Petzpost before, you will be asked to "Create an Account" so as to add your details and delivery address. You can create your account at any time by selecting Account Manager , return to the cart and select checkout

• Step 5. Select the shipping address for the order, either your current address or enter a new shipping address if required. NB Shipping Address must be the Credit Card Holders Billing Address
• Step 6. Select Shipping Method, and Payment Method on the "Final Purchase Approval" page, fill in your credit card details and click on the "Purchase" button. Your purchase is now complete. You will be shown a copy of your invoice which you may print out. Petzpost will also automatically email you a copy of this invoice to confirm your order has been received.

Your purchases should arrive within 4-10 working days following your order confirmation

If you are not satisfied with the products you purchase off Petzpost, please return goods in ORIGINAL condition , within 28 days and we will send you replacements or give you a refund [ of purchase price less delivery ].

To return please repackage and affix appropriate postage and mail to Petzpost PO Box 98832, South Auckland Mail Centre, Auckland, New Zealand

Prior to returning any goods, please lodge your return claim online via against your order, which is found via your online Account Manager login area
